Prize Draw Rules and Conditions

1. The winner ("Winner") of the Trip for 2 to the Gold Coast V8's competition ("Competition") will win the following: return flights for two from Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington to Brisbane or Gold Coast on Friday 22 October returning on Monday 25 October 2010; three night's accommodation; weekend passes for two to V8 SuperCars® ("Prize").
2. Every domain name registration, renewal or transfer to 1st Domains from 12.00am 1st June 2010 to 12.00am 1st October 2010, automatically gives the Account Holder 1 entry in the prize draw. There is no limit on the number of entries per Account Holder.
3. The Prize is subject to availability and must be taken on the dates specified in clause 1. The Prize cannot be changed nor the dates extended.
4. The Winner and their proposed travel companion must both be aged 18 years or over.
5. The Winner will be selected by a random draw. The selection of the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The closing date for entries is 12.00am 1st October 2010. The prize Winner will be drawn from the 1st Domains - Account Holders, not the Registrant, Technical or Billing Contacts.
7. The prize winner must have complied with the domain name terms and conditions of 1st Domains and the NZRS and InternetNZ.
8. Neither 1st Domains nor any other person or party associated with the Competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or any part of it.
9. The Winner will have their Prize or the relevant documentation, delivered to the address listed on their 1st Domains account. The Winner should allow up to 14 days for delivery of their Prize or the relevant documentation. 1st Domains is not responsible for the safe delivery of the Prize or the relevant documentation, although all care will be taken.
10. The Prize does not include the cost of medical expenses, spending money, travel or personal insurance, items of a personal nature, meals or beverages, airport taxes, government taxes or levies, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or room upgrades. The Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All components of the Prize must be taken together.
11. The Winner will have their first and last name and town or city of residence displayed on the 1st Domains web site. No other information will be made publicly available. If the winner does not want these details to be displayed then they agree to forgo the prize at which time the prize will be redrawn.
12. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be requested to present a credit card upon arrival at Gold Coast accommodation to cover any incidentals which may be incurred.
13. 1st Domains reserves the right to replace the prize with a different prize of similar value if the advertised prize is no longer available at the time of the prize draw.
14. The prize offer is neither available to employees of 1st Domains, RegisterDirect or Net24 Limited nor to the relatives of any such employee.
