1st Domains Service Agreements

Please read these agreement in its entirety. All users of our service will be bound by these agreement. We may change these agreement giving 30 days notice by sending a letter, facsimile or e-mail message to you. If you continue to use our service after we have notified you, then you agree to the changes we have made.

Each agreement is related to the respective registry that provides registry services for the particular domain name you register.

Registry Agreements

.NZ Service Agreement - Covers each party's obligations to the NZ Registry.
gTLD Service Agreement - This applies to domains such as .COM, .MOBI and .TV
.BIZ Service Agreement - NeuLevel Service Agreement, the registry operator for .BIZ domains.
.INFO Service Agreement - Afilias Service Agreement, the registry operator for .INFO domains.
.UK Service Agreement - Nominet Service Agreement, the registry operator for .UK domains.

1st Domains Service Agreement - 1st Domains General Service Agreement. This agreement applies to all domain names registered with 1st Domains.

1st Domains is a fully authorised .nz Registrar.
